Hey all!

Just wanted to give an update!

We finally got our PPR today!!!!

After exactly 20 MONTHS!!! Not sure what the holdup was..I think they pretty much forgot about our case. Contacted MP last week and that’s what she said too..so finally got our ppr! So so so excited! I also ordered GCMS notes in Jan and was told they would take time because of a backlog but got those back today too. There were no red flags in our file. ‍

For all who are waiting, perhaps your local MP can help you as well.

5 weeks notice and scheduled for March 10th in Trinidad

I have not been on hear in a while.

Last week found out my husbands ARC was refused. They made a mistake. My husband has no criminal history. Our MP said to re-apply for the ARC.
Last week we also got DM.
I have heard of cases where CIC screws up and approves PR but not ARC.
I pray wont have to appeal our case would take at least another year!
Please send me good vibes.

I’m so sorry to hear that... did you find out from your MP or did you get gcms notes? I really hope this mistake doesn’t delay your application further. Fingers crossed for you!

After months of waiting and 2 stern emails to our MP, finally received our refusal letter. We send our paperwork to appeal it. At same time case management is looking at our file at Warsaw vo. They can send it to a different vo for a 2nd opinion.
