Proof of funds

Hello,

I currently reside in India. I used to live in the US for a few years and returned 2 years ago. I have a valid bank account in the US with some funds. Can I attach proof of those funds as well (in addition to my funds in India) with my application? I can access the US funds with my credit card, which is linked to that account and can be used internationally.
