You don't need to submit new IELTS, but you may need to check with the Province that nominate you if there is opportunity to extend the expiration nomination. This is crucial because you don't know if IRCC will say your application is not complete and as a result return it when your nomination has expired.
I am the same shoe with you, that exactly whatI I did, though still waiting for response from Alberta for the extension so as to be on a safer side.
I don't think any PNP needs to be re-issued because the PNP Nomination letter might have written that the full/complete application should reach IRCC before nomination expiry date. Atleast SINP has that. Similarly other provinces should also be having that mentioned in the nomination letter.

My agent told me that there is no need to re-issued PNP, either IELTS. But I was still worried before AOR, so I'm here to ask for some advice.
