Blended Mode Classes in Canada - How to Travel?

I’m on the same boat as many of you guys are.
My course is blended, college requires my presence by September 21st. This program is being delivered in fall intake only.
I haven’t given my biometrics.

What course have you chose but to be honest, I don’t see any option to go without VAC’s but likewise, I am hoping VAC’s would be open before September because of the coming updates on vaccine
