Should i risk to apply for study permit when my Masters is of One Year?

I have an offer from a university with One year Masters program in this Fall 2020. Keeping in view 50% should be completed in Canada, should i defer my intake till next Fall or if get stage 1 approval start online classes?

Time waits for no man. If you are okay wasting time waiting for next intake then go ahead (would be good if you had a job), otherwise nothing wrong with online
