WES timeline July

Hey guys. I found my transcript has been delivered to WES on 6th Jul. but it's still On hold now.
Is there anyone whose documents delivered on the beginning of July and there is any update in My account?
I want to know how long it takes to process. Thanks!

We are continuing to increase our mail processing capabilities and are now able to provide additional estimates for processing time.

• Documents received in our WES Canada office by July 6, 2020, will be processed by July 24, 2020.
• Documents received in our WES Canada office by July 20, 2020, will be processed by July 31, 2020.
• Documents received in our WES U.S. office are now being processed within 2-3 business days.
