You won't get a work permit if she's only taking a 6 month language course. She should be taking a diploma that is at least 1 year in length. If your objective is to get PR, then she should take a 2 year course. The chances of PR will be low with just a 1 year course.

Would add that you will also have a lot of difficulty getting an oil and gas job even if you get a WP.

ok so first we need diploma and that's fine we can handle that.
but about the oil job i found many offers online for the oil industry why you are saying its hard to find
also i am willing to work anything to be honest i just want to find opening to live in Canada.

Given the current situation with the O&G industry in Canada, you will probably find those offers are not legitimate.

So many Canadians are still trying to get a job in the oil field after being laid off starting around 2015. Would read up about the Alberta economy and oil and gas in Canada. Not very pretty and companies are more likely to hire a Canadian or permanent resident over temporary worker. You also aren’t guaranteed a WP as the spouse of an international student. Many spouses don’t get WPs.

Would take things one step at a time. Your wife needs to be approved for a program and then get a study permit. If approved you can try and get a OWP.

Not if you want to work in oil and gas especially if you have a good job. Would assume there are quite a few Canadian oil workers abroad.
