All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

OK everyone has the right to opinions and even right to order notes anytime. But guys think 4 notes files have to read from A to Z , perhaps move from A to B tables or positions. If we all order such notes surely more times will be spent on this side rather than normal speed of files. Of course there is no adverse effect or any retaliations sort of things for any 1 ordering GCMS notes it is our right to know. GCMS is independent from them. It comes from Ottawa . Thus, no worry with the IO. Even if the IO does know, it doesn't matter. It's as per the 'Right to Information Act'. I phoned many times re: file ,guess what? ALL WAS recorded on the GCMS notes. So my opinion ONLY order if it is huge delays/interviews/other concerns.
Dont trust that your call to call center is logged? Here is a copy of notes, I used xxx for privacy:-

The Only problem for the VO is that they need extra time and some physical work to fetch the File from the location where the file is kept. Employees never like to be overworked.
Here is a copy form a forum:-
"IT is not wise to get your CAIPS file unless there is obviously some problem, with the processing, such as very lengthy delays beyond the published times.
Don't ask for it just to find out how things are going.

GCMS NOTES are 80 to 90 pages.
A V.O. puts note..s EXAMPLES age, education,compatibility, how is the background of both, how many guests in mrg, honey moon? if YES went to:- well known hill station, found>nothing fake in photographs, many many other things are screened, X-checked with another deptt.. which is made for X checking fakers like FAKE guests or same guests in various marriage parties. Above is all a PART of Eligibility. Background BGC continues in the mean time. Then notes are forwarded to a Senior VO he looks at all notes if prev guy recommended "waived interview" or not. If senior is also in favor of waiving the same,, he adds his own words from within the file or from photos. Then he says>> OK Mr. XX to issue VISA. XX again checks all documents. In 1 case at this stage XX guy found small problems(dates gaps) in the 10 years history which was resubmitted with proper dates with NO gaps. This causes 2-3 months delay.
Thus these checks continue for long. Whole process is not so easy as it used to be 20-30 years ago, when a guy can write few lines on a pc of paper and gal gets a VISA within months, then she would have 90 days to marry him in Canada.
And I don't blame IRCC for such lengthy procedures or checks; because ppl have MISUSED the system. Thus they are more strict.

I am a May 2019 applicant; my documents were moved to NDVO in October 2019 and additional documents were submitted in December 2019. My application status in my IRCC account was in process for the longest time, and now it has changed to submitted. Does anybody know why this has happened?

My online account shows that my file is submitted too since few weeks ago.
Yes.2018 august applicant. Second medical done on 12 June 2020.upto now not updated
We are march 2019 applicants
9 dec adr regarding job title
Remedical req 15 jan
Medical passed 26 jan since then nothing
Raised web form last month and it shows

Me ! May 2019 applicant. Medicals expired this month ! File moved to Ndvo August 2019, still waiting
It starts after 3-4 months from MEDs date but they don't write it here. Only found after all is finalized.
I heard that NDVO is extending the medicals expiry date by 6 months due to COVID.
