Hello guys,

My course mode of delivery in a Canadian college is blended and the college requires me to be in Canada by September 21st and for that they have sent me a Travel Support Document which mentions that "This student needs to be present in Canada by this date XXX cuz of his offline classes" but If I get only Stage 1 AIP from IRCC as I haven't given my bio-metrics yet as the VAC offices are closed.

What do I do in this situation?

You can't travel until the VACs open. You will have to defer your program if that's the case. Canada doesn't want people coming into their country at the moment. But want their money.
so i will get AIP ? so i can change the course as this one is available only for fall

I can't answer that much in detail about AIP. Nobody can. Heck, i have a visa before 18 march and i don't know when i will be able to go because i have online classes. If it were me, i would defer for Jan and see how things turn out.

Even if the study permit is granted you can't travel to Canada until the border restrictions are lifted, if your program is blended then you can only defer to next fall, I'm in the same situation, although my college hasn't even told me whether my program is online or blended.

It’s called having a back up plan
My course is available in Fall term only. So why would I think about other alternative !! Those backup plans works when you have options but in my case no options are available that's why I am thinking about positive side only. Thank you but remember all cases are different so don't make common statement for all cases.

I’m on the same boat as many of you guys are.
My course is blended, college requires my presence by September 21st. This program is being delivered in fall intake only.
I haven’t given my biometrics.
