Just finished my phone call with the agent called Ben. (@EssGee , @Hope457 , @GerhardR )

Super helpful. First, he put me on hold to check my background status, and he told me it all looks good, and I should just wait for a little longer for the final confirmation. He told me the office (Ottawa) was closed for 2,5-3 months, and they opened it on 2nd June, so they have unlimited staff etc. So there will be regular delays on applications. He was so nice, he was like I know it's a long wait and you have been so patient. So they do know the stress we go through.

He told me covid pace group is just an internal information, and it shouldn't affect any processing of PR applications.

He said CoR means country of residence, so I asked whether the officers will think I am currently in my home country and not in Canada, and this might be delaying my PR approval. And he said no, because in the address section I have Canadian address and I have Canadian phone number so they consider me being inland in Canada. So that is very good news :)

I also asked about international travel restrictions and when they will be start processing outland applicants and he told me he could tell me something now, but it might differ tomorrow (due to that the international travel restrictions may change and it's different from country to country). So he couldn't help me with that.

Since I am CEC applicant, he told me that it might be also very difficult to process it because their CEC partners are hard to reach/delays/not working, so it doesn't help to get that final confirmation.

That's all, I hope this gives some peace of mind to some of us. They key word is patience (gosh, I hate that word).

Also, if anyone wants to call the IRCC, I have tried to reach them multiple times (I cannot even emphasise the world multiple more because I tried so many times) with the answer codes 3-4-1-0 (it takes you to study permit issues, but ignore that, the number 0 helps you to speak to an agent), and finally I was put on queue to speak to an agent. I waited around 30 mins I would say.

Ok that makes sense then about the UCI error. As for the POF docs submitted initially were illegible so do follow up with a clear copy of it and also send a current copy of the balance certificate.
So I uploaded a clearer copy of the bank statement with the balance certificate on July 20th. When should I request for another GCMS notes in order to see any updates after the desired documents were uploaded.

For context, I got my GCMS notes which stated that my eligibility is "Review Required" as my POF documents were not legible.

. The eligibility review is met.
· The security background verification is currently valid.
· The criminal background verification is currently valid.
· The background verifications are currently valid.

Talked to the customer service agent on 18-June-2020. She said, "everything is completed including all stages of background check, and everything looks fine, you need to wait for CoPR, but due to covid-19 situation New Delhi office is currently closed, till further notice".

Webform reply on 29-6-2020
"application is currently being processed at the Case Processing Centre (CPC-O) in Ottawa, Ontario.
  • The criminal background verification is currently valid.
  • The security background verification is currently valid.
In addition, we verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process."

Talked to the customer service agent today (30-6-2020) she said, "Eligibility and background passed, application not yet approved, waiting for the final decision".

How does it look? Is it fine or should I order GCMS?

As per my representative, its in queue waiting for a senior officer to approve (like so many november, december and Jan AORs)
My GCMS notes show that my application has been reviewed by program assistant, then case analyst and then officer. Do you think there is one more officer who is going to finalise this?

Yeah I was wondering about that. I think they have certain people (not necessarily IRCC staff) that help with the CEC applications. So I think it means that.

Great, give it a few weeks and also monitor to see if you get any updates on MyCIC. Since you are inland you can request the GCMS for free anytime.

My AOR is Dec 13. EE FSW Inland. Residing and working in Canada since Jan 2020 on a LMIA based work permit.

Case was set as Ready for Approval on May 12th with an assignment date of June 10th.

Was thinking everything is going perfectly in my case and then June 13 came and nothing progressed since then.

On June 30th the assigned agent reviewed my case and assigned me to Covid pace group. And there isn’t a new assigned date.

If it was really office delay in processing then my assigned agent would have not opened my case and reviewed it?

I believe the agent decided to put me in Covid pace again (I was removed from it beginning of June probably based on my couple of calls to IRCC) probably based on the CoR field (which I believe is country of residence) listed as USA instead of Canada.

Have submitted now a webform asking them about the CoR field and why it’s USA and not Canada. I have also requested a new GCMS notes.

Anyone else has any other thoughts about what’s going on with my case and any actions I could take? Would appreciate your input.

Would like to be able to bring my spouse and aging parents - without PR and with border closures it’s not possible.
I got two email from IRCC. Logged in. Case shows Approved. With CoPR numbers for me and my daughter.

There are two letters in my online account. Couldn’t download them in two browsers I tried. Should call them I guess. If not will submit a webform too. Anyone else faced this problem before?

Thanks for everyone who has helped me and supported with me in this forum. Very helpful!

My wishes and prayers for everyone for their PR too.

Hi guys, I got my GCMS notes and it seems like the comments by the officer were made in Feb, my AOR is Dec 27th, security has not started. I am a PNP Outland applicant and I was hoping that by now all the stages would be passed and the delays for PPR are just due to COVID.
The comments from the officer are completely fine and nothing to worry about, but I am just concerned it's gonna take another bloody 6 months to do the security screening and send the PPR. Anyone else is in a similar boat status wise?
How do you get GCMS when you’re Outland? Please let me know I’ll like to get mine too. Thank you
