You don't need to contact anyone.
 
How come? PR card says I belong to country A. I dont belong to that country anymore !

do you still have your old passport?
you should travel with your new paasport and old one, along with your PR Card
I thing you don't have to inform anything.
just in case call: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only)

1, It is only mandatory if you are APPLYING for permanent residence, you are already a PR. CIC doesn't care how many citizenship you acquire as long as you meet your PR obligations.
