I have applied the end of March, still waiting for the result. I received an update, regarding the office operates with reduced staff.

So far, I think some situation may occur as CIC gains a prior approval ( just check this case: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/visa-update-through-webform.693722/) /or wait to receive email that they review your eligibility (check this: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/without-biometrics.694635/page-2). My application's right now complete as I submit the biometrics plus e-Medical. Perhaps, I might expect some requested supporting document. Right now, I think I am going to wait they review the eligibility.
