Received my medical request last week and I did it today btw and earlier on in the day I received an email that my visa extension was approved until oct yet I asked for 6months don't know why

Do you mean you’ve done your medical exam today and on the same day you got your visitor extension approved until October?

I’m not sure why it is only 3 months from now.

May be check if they have given 6 months from the date it expires(six month of stay).

I will wait for the letter in my mail but the email it said ntil oct, have ti figure out stuff for us to get married asap and file for spousal sponsership,
