Does ONIP Foreign Worker Stream needs LMIA ?

Now that the stream is open again, I am not sure if I need a LMIA to submit my application. Or it is enough the employer form + job offer + pay slips?

Currently working in Toronto under open work permit (PGWP) in a NOC A-position. Have +2 years experience in the same position in the last five years.

I am working on this stream as well, you don't have to submit an LMIA.

If you are on Open Work Permit, not LMIA is necessary

In the employer form there is a field "Labour Market Impact Assessment" Has the business applied for LMIA from Employment for the position being offered? - As LMIA is not required, this field will have a value "No" right? Will this impact the decision?

It will not impact on the decision. I had a valid open work permit when I got hired and applied to OINP last 2019
