Canadian Work Experience for ITA

Hi,

I have heard that CIC normally calculated 11 months as 1 year experience and similarly 22 months as 2 year experience for Canadian Experience Class. So if in 22 months I get points for 2years and get ITA, and after that if I am going back to my home country due to job loss. So can I get the Reference letters with 22 months experience and submit the PR application?
Or the letters should be exact 24 months dated?

But to prove the work experience, we would need reference letter and payslips right. There is no other way we can prove the work experience.
