Hi Chirag,

I don't have a credit card. Will a prepaid forex card work? I can load CAD currency in it.
you may try it but again prepaid card is another type of debit card. You can use someone else's credit card to pay the fee. I mean any relative or friend of yours.

Hi all, I was wondering if anybody could comment on my following doubt -
I have a gap of two days in my address history because I was in transit on my way to USA and didn't establish any address for those two days. Is it ok? or
I should raise a cse to let the CIC know about it.
Isn't it normal that people may have 1-2 days gap while traveling abroad!

Hello,

I have submitted my EE file last month and I just realized that I have some name issue in the documents. My college documents has my father name differently and in my passport and other documents has slight different. It's like brother in our language which we use as a respect back home. So educational documents has 'KUMAR' behind my father's name and in passport it has behind my father's name. these both has the same meaning.

I am confused and don’t know what should I do now?

Can someone please help me?

Hi.

Under 'View submitted application or upload documents' after AOR, can't see the LOE in Optional documents. From older threads, got to know it has happened to several applicants; apparently some technical glitch.

Have submitted a technical report form.

Should I raise a CSE?

Help requested, please.

I was experience the same matter. You should raise a technical ticket then they will ask you to submit web form with your LOE for them to compare. This was the way I double check my case.

Hi All.

Please help. I am FSW-Outland applicant from New Delhi, India. Trying to pay the CAD 910 fee after eAPR.

My bank's debit card is not working, though it is enabled for international transactions.
I tried with other debit cards too, but same issue 481 error.

1) How can I make the payment? It's super urgent because my ITA is set to expire soon.

2) Will any FOREX card, from any bank, work?

Your inputs will be appreciated!!

Thanks
Contact your bank.
1. International transaction might be disabled.
2. Check the upper limit set for online transactions.

Most of the banks are now giving an adhoc toggle button in either their mobile app or net banking site.

Not necessarily. This is what I got as a reply-

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that the Documents were received by the responsible office.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."

However, I clearly asked about the client information document.
