Actually I am confused, I don't check my file often.
My file has been "en treatment" since Sept 9, date I checked. Docs were requested.
Now I think when they received the docs, my file may have been "waiting for treatment" and last night I checked, then it's "en treatment"
I don't know man. I am already stressing a lot. Hopefully I will hear from them soon.

I am so sorry to hear that. I believe you are close. The best way is recalculate your score to see if can improve it. Maybe the best way is get a language test result, it will increase your point. English or French
In case you have less point..you can write an explanatory letter that your skills and experience will be useful for Quebec and you are stating here for a long time and you are well integrated here. Probably you can get admitted in a french course which shows your intention to learn french. Sometimes you can meet the local MP who can give a letter of support for immigration. you can also take a letter from your current employer or previous supervisor to support...all these things can improve your chance to get accepted for CSQ...I know previously many people get CSQ who are below the points.VJO(not received yet)/bill 9/inland/no french test.
