Which college is better for international students, Canada College or M College of Canada?

Hello. I am an Indian looking for colleges in Quebec to pursue Diploma in Business Management/Administration (2 years programme) and then later work for 3 years in Quebec. I came through three colleges, M College of Canada, Canada College and LaSalle College. All of these three colleges are located in Montreal, Quebec. I am really confused which one should I go for.
I would really like to know the differences, pros and cons. Please note that don't focus on fees only.

I don't know French at all. I heard about the French classes given to students by Canadian Government which would actually pay the learners to keep up with expenses. I am planning to opt for that.

Why is it so? I heard we can get PR in 3 weeks if we reach B2-level French or we can get PR in 18 months if we don't have B2-level French.

Someone's fooling you. Without French you don't get csq.

Csq is taking minimum 6 months and as a student AEC courses don't qualify in student category.

In new rules in student category you need minimum of 1-2 years experience to apply for csq.

After csq PR is minimum 2 years.

Rules in Quebec change without any retroactivity and in current environment they are becoming more detrimental to students/workers. Do your proper research. There are other provinces in Canada too.

What about DEC program? I heard that there are two parts under CSQ, one is the skilled worker and the other is PEQ. Is French necessary under skilled worker also?

French required in both - student and worker.

Dec needs 1 year of experience as a student after July 22. As a worker 2 years.

Best option depends on individual background and province. There's no one size fits all approach. Start with Google search - program and province wise.
