I am currently in a tech company in Seattle. Company agreed to intra transfer me to Vancouver office.

Can I apply BC PNC as long as I get the offer from the company in the U.S, and move to Canada after I get the PR?

Any qualification requirements from the company besides the offer? Does the company need to provide anything during the process?

thank you very much, and appreciate your answer.

For BC option, the company needs to be registered in BC and go through the process to be recognized as a BC employer and the noc needs to be the one that qualifies. This will require the company to do some work. If they're not registered in BC and have no real operations there, they will not likely be eligible to support you through the tech pilot or PNP.

Thank you for you response. It is very informative. My company has operations in Vancouver and I know some of my coworkers got the PR through BC PNP.

In that case, could it be possible for me to apply BC PNP in the states possibly even the work permit application is in progress? Just want to accelerate the process.

This process is a marathon it will take time and company needs to stick with it. It's easier to get work permit first but you can search the forum for those who have gone through it. here is a guide for bc pnp

Thank you very much for your reply. I have read the instructions and have searched ally the threads related to the BC PNP, but none of them is similar to my case.

M company is an international tech company with branch offices all over the world, I am pretty sure there is no problem about the qualifications of my company.

May I take your word “yes” to my answer that I can apply BC PNP myself in the USA without physically working in Canada? And possibly land Canada once get the permanent residency?
