Does Super visa file number start with "V"?

I got a file number for mother's super visa and it start with "V". Did I mistakenly apply for visitor visa? I did see options for NOA and medical insurance.

Sometimes the case agent decides you are better suited to the TRV which is what may have happened. This is especially the case for request for short visits.
