Urgent - Biometrics in USA in USCIS center

Hi, Can you let me know the link , appointment could be booked. I m trying from today morning with no luck?At USCIS, getting options of make appointment which is showing no field office available and find an appointment with my IRCC number is showing appointment scheduled for 3/31 and my IRCC number was generated in June 2020 .
Any guidance here is highly appreciable.

Hey, right now, the only option to book appointment for biometrics seems to be through this website. Even this website is showing that there are no field offices most of the times. So, I would suggest you to check this website multiple times each day. If you're in luck, you should be able to get an appointment quickly.

Also, as mentioned earlier, please keep on checking the Canada website for biometrics as they might also update their website providing links to book an appointment.

So in case you have an appointment this week just get there before the scheduled time with BIL, Passport and the appoint confirmation printout. You should be able to complete the biometrics.

Thanks very much for the information! Really appreciate it. Would you mind sharing how you came to know which office opens at which date? I referred to this list: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-office-closings But apparently the information on it doesn't show any Houston offices opening today.

BTW - I called USCIS for this issue. They said the list above is not a final source. Field offices may open and take cases ad hoc, meaning it is better to just go there with all the documentations and give it a try.

Can u please tell me what number you called uscis on. I have been getting the same response or error on the uscis website while scheduling the appointment.

The link now only shows the ASCs that are closed or have changed hours, please refer to the text that is mentioned at the beginning of the page:

We last updated this page on July 13, 2020.

Below, we list offices that are closed or have temporarily changed hours. This information can change quickly, so please check this page on the day of your appointment for any office closures or other important information.

So going by this they have listed only the ASCs that are presently closed and scheduled to open in the coming weeks. I had checked the site last week there were quite a few ASCs scheduled to open today i.e 7/13 and all of these are not listed anymore on the site... so If you have an appointment in one of these in the week just get there at the scheduled time. Hope this helps.

And in case you still need to find all the ASCs in your state, they can be found at https://egov.uscis.gov/office-locator/#/asc

I gave him my passport too, the guard doesnt check anything in the system nor does any other technician who collects your biometrics. They just validate if the IRCC number on you BIL and the appointment match. And at the time of biometrics collection the only thing I observed the technician do is to verify that My name matches the BIL details (this I am sure he verified by scanning the bar code on the BIL document). They do not check anything else. Hope this helps and good luck with your appointment.

Don't go with the date. It just takes the current date. And the information you have mentioned is old.

The information maybe old but the list of offices is refreshed compared to what it was last week. Besides, is there any other source for the information other than this page about Office Closures? As I have mentioned all the offices that are open 7/13 are not in the list anymore so the page is getting updated one way or another.
