Unable to find field for paystubs and NOC letter

and we only have one NOC B paystub as for now, getting 2nd one on 23 Sept.
I can't wait for the 3rd one because of my wife's work permit expiry.
is it safe to apply with 2 paystubs?
She has 3 more paystubs from the same employe but they are not of NOC B, should I attach them?

I also have job offer from Walmart but it's on hold, I am waiting for an extension, as per Walmart policy I cant start with work permit less than 3 months. Should I also mention it in the imm5710e form?

Thanks
