And why would they trust what you've written, they need official proofs, they need good academics along with a relevant course which should make a bridge to your chosen course in Canada!
since i wanted to study abroad i decided to join BBA for temporary .....bba is not a specialization course for particular field and for my current business i need to learn about marketing and thats why i want to study business marketing

I am 33 and have a Master's degree in teaching English, graduated in 2016, with over 10 years of related experience. Now I want to apply to study in one of the public colleges' 2 year programs as the cost of studying in colleges are lower than universities.
is the chance of rejection too high for me? as I heard that chances are slim for a masters holder to get a study permit for colleges in Canada.

You are correct, it doesn't make sense for Master's holders to do a PGD so your chances will be lower than someone who doesn't. An option might be an MBA but they are usually more expensive
