Entering Canada with Pist Study Work Permit during COVID-19 pandemic.

Hello friends: I need your help regarding my plans to return to Canada after I was issued my Post Graduate Work Permit outside of Canada. I did my PhD at the University of Alberta in 2019 and then returned to my country to meet my family, however, COVID-19 got me stranded. Please let me know how/when to return to Canada under my current curcumstances.
