I know now, I didn't see this page when I applied, and by checklist I meant the checklist when I submitted the application. They could have asked me at least to upload the letter

Edit: I wonder if you weren't asked to upload it because it was an incomplete application. Not sure what the process is for that kind of scenario.

Maybe they only ask for additional documents if the application is complete and on-record; but since your PNP letter was missing, it never got filed - no AOR in other words.

Try and see if there is an appeal process. Talk to an immigration lawyer if you dont find one. There must be an alternative for incorrect filing.

Thank you for this explanation... In my GCMS notes, where I have Note1 it says : ALL VALID Ready to finalize! Do you think that it means I am at the final decision stage?... Please help me understand my note better!!! Thank you!
Congratulations for being so close! If a final decision is made on your file, you can see it under "Assessments" which is normally in the first couple of pages. In that section it lists the decision regarding Eligibility, Criminality, info sharing...etc. At the bottom of that list, there's "Final" - does it say approved next to it? :) If it's blank, no worries, it just means you are also awaiting a final decision.

No one in this world can give clear next steps for Covid right? So much uncertainty... but Canada gives priority to safety. Should wish and pray for the best!

I just found out that my GCMS file does have Covid pace in Organization section even though it isn’t in Group section anymore. One agent said my assigned officer isn’t probably working. Looks like they don’t let the officers work from home considering data security in Canada.

Is any other candidate who is present inside Canada having Covid pace mentioned in their GCMS notes? Please let me know... trying to understand whether Covid pace is because of border closure or office closure.

I am the same! Under the organisations title, I am in the covid pace group too. I've been there since April.

I see that you are CEC inland. So probably because of the VO staff shortage and not because of the border crossing needs. My AOR is Dec 13th and my case have been staying with ready for approval since mid April. Trying to talk to an IRCC agent now morning it dropped me saying agents too busy or something. The wait continues...

Same kind of response... shortage in staff, so can’t comment when case will be approved.

In my gcms notes as well, I see application transferred and items requested same as yours. I dont really understand what is meant by it because it doesnt say anything like where it has been transferred, etc
i have the same question. What is the due date?

Guys I finally received my GCMS notes,
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

In the latest notes, I see covid holding response sent, case pending RFV review.

What does this mean?

Well let's be hopeful that it will be approved some time soon! Are you residing in Europe as of now, or somewhere else? I hope the covid cases aren't spiking wherever you are.

I found the "Pending Findec" under the title Associations - Organizations and entities. The name is CN COVID PACE. I have been pending since April 27th wow.
Any update on your application? I also see the same mentioned in my GCMS note.
