I submitted my application on October 10 2019 , received my application number on jan 15th.
on feb 12 i received pre arrival service letter.
still waiting for medical.

My question is this normal to receive this pre arrival service letter before medical.

Yes, I have received and know several persons that also received PAL before medical

i have completed my bio on 21st jan
ADR and RPRF done on 21st Feb

Then no update.
