No one here is qualified for that, if you read in context you'll see its for Economic class immigration people who they will prioritize so they can come to canada.. as a refugee we all have a work permit so they don't need to prioritize the application when you can already work.
but when you call them let us know..

Do not worry about this, I ordered the GCMS notes in May and was written in one of the items that my RCMP SCREENING WAS CANCELED and Security screening not started But it was changed to NO CRIM. REC. for Criminality and BLANK for security.
I am sure when you open the CD you will find different info.
NOW BOTH CRIM. AND SEC. PASS for me
I am May 2018 applicant.
so please do not worry everything will be OK.
i did the same request 2 months ago, csis sent a letter with a pdf file inside the cd the pdf file in one page include the date that they got the request from cbsa , and after one month they sent back the screening result with the recommendations to cbsa , as ircc cant directly contact csis....
Please tell me more. What was in the letter? Did it say security passed or canceled?
it says status : completed
i can say that the meaning of your security screening is cancelled because of the incorrectly submission by ircc , is that ircc decides that you dont need any screening from csis as they pay for this service
and this mean you will get your DM SOONER THAN YOU EXPECT

After Filling & printing sign your all forms. Add fee receipt, copy of your document and photos sealed envelope write Canada post delivery address & mail via tracking post
Pls explain the bolded sentence better. Is it Canada post delivery address or Case processing centre address? And what do you mean by “mail via tracking post”?
