guys any updates of vfs biometrics collection point in india? Specifically hyderabad? It seems like every where in the world things get back to normal with measurements. But not in india? Any web pages give ideas when will vfs in india open? Applied on 1st July got biometrics letter next day.

I applied on July 1st . When did you? They let you apply online but gimmick is no point of collecting biometrics.

I don't think it works.. people in this forum who applied in the month of Feb and on tried many ways.. even doing. Some done with the biometrics as well.. now cases in india are growing higher.. web form.. calling high commission of canada in india.. etc etc.. most people tried all this ways.. infact some applications reached to 99% ... we are yet to give biometrics..

• Following Ministerial Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada on 09 April, 29 April, 19 May, 09 June and 01 July 2020 applicants can no longer submit an application for temporary residence in paper at the VAC. New Ministerial Instructions issued on 01 July 2020 have extended this measure until 30 September 2020. All applications for temporary residence must continue to be submitted online via IRCC’s website: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html
  If you submitted an application for temporary residence in paper to the VAC on or after 10 April 2020, your application will be returned to you.
  Please note that as of 01 July 2020, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada has also lifted the suspension on the processing of temporary resident visa (visitor visa) applications. Although processing of applications has resumed, travel restrictions to Canada remain in place. For more details, visit the IRCC website.

I got one biometric request initially after applied on June 25 and got another one yesterday to complete it for further proceed

I got my BIL on 1st July. Nothing after that at all.
