Hello,
I applied for a Canadian student visa and today I received a rejection answer. it's the first time I've applied and everything I did alone and I did a mess. as a start in the first application I had wrongly placed the position of name and surname. I made a mistake on the web form but it took me three weeks until they told me that everything was fixed. however, since it took me three weeks to get a response, I resumed a second application with the same data in another account. I wrote to them again via webform to let you know my new application but today I also received a rejection response. I am worried about my second answer as it is still in the process and I am afraid to start a third application without explaining the second. reasons for refusal : • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I have a master's degree in civil engineering, but I applied for a graduate degree in entrepreneurship and management. the reasons I applied are closely related to my goals. parents own properties that want to start a business. I explained everything by sending the relevant documents. secondly in terms of the financial part I paid the first semester as recommended by the school and I have $ 10200 in my account. Anyway, I'm thinking of leaving a $ 20,000 banknote and I paid $ 8300 for the school in the meantime. As for employment, I am employed and the boss has given me a statement that I can return to work immediately after graduation. please suggest me what I can do in this case. my goal is really to finish that school and not stay in canada.

Am sorry about that...did you include employment contract? Pay stub? employment sheets? Property on your name? Land ? Etc?

in fact the properties are in the name of my father but we belong to the same family. for this I also sent the family certificate. however, I am thinking of increasing the amount of money in my bank account. I don't know how long I have to wait to make a third application

Hello
I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I have not yet started the third application since I still have the second application in the process. I do not believe that the second application will have a response change since I have started the same documents as in the first application. I am impressed by the employment issue as I have declared and documented my employment status as a civil engineer.

It looks like the visa officer determined that you won't leave Canada at the end of your temporary stay. Therefore your study permit is denied.

Yes,I understand that. But I can't withdraw now that I've lost $ 3000 non-refundable. I could apply in Europe too, but it's too late for me. moreover that the first semester will be online and will start this fall
