There is no way for you to apply to Canada directly on your own.

You would need to find a sponsor in Canada who is willing to submit the application to sponsor you. The easiest way to do this is to have family members or close friends who are already in Canada and who are willing to sponsor you through the Group of 5 program. You can find more information here:

There is. There are organizations called Sponsorship Agreement Holders (SAH). You will have to contact them individually to see if any are able to sponsor you. Based on experiences on this forum, most SAHs are not accepting any further sponsorships at this time. However you can certainly try. The list is below:

You can only apply from the airport in Canada or when entering the country if you are able to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) and then fly to Canada. If you have refugee status, it will most likely be extremely difficult to get a TRV approved.

Otherwise yes, you would need to contact the SAHs from Lebanon and try to find an organization willing to sponsor you.

Yes - that's right.

You cannot apply for a TRV from the airport or when you arrive in Canada.

You must obtain the TRV in advance from Lebanon before you try to fly to Canada. The airline will not allow you to board the airplane without an approved TRV.

Yes, since you are a refugee, it will most likely be very difficult to get a TRV approved. But you can certainly try. To be approved, you will want to show strong ties to your country of residence (e.g. property, employment, assets) and also show that you have enough money to pay for your trip to Canada. If IRCC thinks you have plans to remain in Canada long term or to claim refugee status when you arrive here, the TRV will be refused.

Instructions on how to apply for a TRV can be found here:
