They didn't ask me RCMP. Only bio metric.That is the only change I can see.Same with me your action is required but last week they requested my RCMP certificate and i uploaded on same day. On monday i got message we received your document.
Every day there is increase of 1% but yesterday i haven’t seen 1% increment in progress bar.

According to you might be but according to me not. Once you reach at 65% then they will make decision within 1 or 2 weeks then it jumps to 80%. Once your pasport got stamped then it goes to 100%It's called "coincidence".

3. You choose right noc but duties does not match with that noc
4. You are not working on that position but company shows on their paper work
5. Incomplete file can be cause for refusal
And there many more.
Mine was refused in jan 15 2020 due to first one.
didn't you provide a notarized reference letter from your manager / colleague from that company ? I have heard many times in this forum that, in the absence of an official reference letter, this approach works provided that you submit sufficient proof of your employment.1.
