Any chance for a francophone stream?

I am trying to decide what to do — any feedback might be helpful.

If I put English as my first language, I have CRS 523.

If I put French as my first language, I have CRS 452.

Should I just wait for the renewal of FSW draws or should I put French first and hope to be nominated for a francophone stream? Is it even possible in my case

My NOC is 1242.

I would keep English as your first language.
