Talked to the customer service agent on 18-June-2020. She said, "everything is completed including all stages of background check, and everything looks fine, you need to wait for CoPR, but due to covid-19 situation New Delhi office is currently closed, till further notice".

Whether the Canadian visa office/VFS is open in India? Any idea guys? I mean, are they open and process any kind of visa?
A guy in my city(Hyderabad) went to the VFS office and enquired with the security, according to them it's from 6th July.

I believe you are okay, your application will be in process until you receive PPR. We'll just have to wait to see when the travel restrictions will be lifted (after July 31st).

YOu need to first download and fill form
IMM 5744. Once filled, you need to scan it and send to your relative. They will need to go to the website and follow the instructions and upload the scanned form. Final step is
payment. Site will all the info:
