I found this searching for clues about IRCC offices getting back to work:

Looks like offices will reopen and I believe Sydney should be one of them because of no Covid cases for ~3 weeks now.

This is old update. If you find the update posted on June 22 on the same webpage I guess, you will see more positive things there.

I did my 26th June and submitted via webform, I am just worried when it will pass ?

Still waiting for any updates
But as I see most off applicants submitted upfront medical and they get passed
So hope fully
We will get some good news on July

• AR :- 27th June 2019
• AOR :- 23rd July 2019
• Pri-arrival Letter :- 18th December 2019
• Biometrics :- Exempted
• Medical Request :- Did Upfront Medical on 26th June 2020 submitted Via Webform on same day. ( After waiting for 1 Year since AR ).
• GCKEY :- 68% process bar completed
