yes, it reached CPC Sydney on July 21. no AOR yet. not expecting it this year due to covid

may i know when did you submit your application under other relative? Also, if you dont mind can you share the required documents that you include in the application. for the sponsor side and for the one to be sponsored.
I have the birth certificate of my auntie and my birth certificate. Also, death certificate of her parents. I am not familar with family tree. Do you have a form for that? Appreciate your response. I dont have plan to process it by an agency or consultant. Thank you so much

i sent it on July 15, it reached Sydney, NS on July 21.

check the list of documents that the sponsor needs and that of the relative to be sponsored - here's the link: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5287e.pdf

i have not submitted certificates yet (birth or death) - those should be requested later.

no family tree yet. IRCC would request it later i believe. they would send the form.

My aunt submitted them last oct. 21, 2019. Done with medical exam last march. Just waiting for request for additional docs.

IRCC will be the one to send the family tree form and it will be completed by the sponsor.

my daughter filed an sponsorship application for her sister last year, CIO as per online status approved the sponsorship but the application is up to now on "In PRocess" status though sometime in Feb2020 they require us to submit documents plus a letter to certify that her parents are both living. Until now we havent receive any feedback. we hope that is only because of the Covid but we're worry if we missed the qualifications if a sister can really be sponsored if both parents are still living

You are still alive. So your daughter cannot sponsor her sister. Are you a PR already? Did your daughter sponsor you? If you aren't a PR, is the other daughter under age of 22. If you are not a PR yet, your daughter can try to sponsor you and include a dependent of yours (i.e. the sister) in the PGP application.

If the sister is age of 22 or older or is married or have a common law partner, your daugther cannot sponsor her. Unless both parents are not living and the sponsor is single, have no children and have no relative in Canada.
