I have a question in Regards to Police Certificate. I only uploaded the front page of my dutch police clearance and not the back too. the back only had letters written and not really any important information. Did i make a mistake? Should i have uploaded both front and back regardless? And if so, can i send the back through the web form?

I have seen a lot of refusals because of police checks hence i want to be cautious.

Thanks
If that’s bothering u too much then upload them via web form.

Hi All, My situation : I have applied for PR in may 2020 under CEC but currently I am in Montreal, Quebec. My WP is getting expired on Oct and in my LOE I have mentioned that " My current assignment will be finished in Oct,2020 and I am yet not sure about my next assignment – Depends on project requirements and my passport status. "
Question : Will it harm my application me being in montreal Quebec.
Do I need to take any actions
Please help

Hello got my AOR on May 6, am a cec inland, on june 27 i got my medicals passed with biometrics invitation and RCMP as a additional document. My background check shows "we are processing your background check, we wil let you know if we need some More information" something like this. Upto my knowledge police checks are verified at the last stages of the application, is my eligibility passed? Because what i have heard is that they request RCMP only if they find somebody with your name with a criminal record, so they want to verify by your fingerprints that you are not that person, it means they were not just doing the R10, they were actually doing background check. Seniors, experienced members, please give your insight.

Background check includes criminality, information sharing and security screening. Police certificates are related to criminality and usually done at the R10 stage or before eligibility review starts. Security screening is the last stage in the process before the final decision. As a result you will notice the message related to background check will change a couple of times.

Your work permit is closed or open? And how long have you been in Quebec?
Hi @Pratikkalani my Work Permit is closed and has Montreal as place of Employment. The thing is , my employer is in Toronto, all my official documents (job/assignment letter , payslips, T4 forms) have Toronto address. I act as a representative of my employer in the client's office. I have been in Montreal since last one year, but I do not have any permanent accommodation i.e. no lease etc (my company arranged temporary accommodations for me since last 1 year, and I have changed 4 accommodations in last 1 year)

Hi, did you receive med passed and BIL at the same time? I received BIL but not any change on Medical today, My AOR May 07
Most applicants see the two around the same time. Try contacting IRCC via a web form or the call center.

I also received a request for family form IMM5406, did I miss anything when filling my application? I heard that if I didnot fill information about my family, then IRCC will require to supplement. I'm a single application

I have no idea if this happened at the exactly same moment. But anyway, they all came in the early morning.

That might explain the holdup, the instructions on the form call for details of non accompanying individuals
