Moved out of USA

Hi,
I have applied for Canada PR using the express entry process when I was working in USA and submitted all the required documents, completed the medical exams and biometrics and wait for next steps for CIC but now due to some reasons I moved from USA to India. Please advise will this impact my current PR application or process?

But, will it impact my PR application process because I moved out of USA?
Can they still accept my passport if sent from India to issue COPR and will they return the passport to India address?

It doesn't matter where you are currently living. It doesn't matter.
You will submit your passport via a VAC (once they reopen) in India and they will return it to you via the VAC.
