Visitor Record - where to do biometrics in Montreal

Hi - we applied for my mother’s visitor record and CIC asked us to do the biometrics. Where can we get this done in Montreal? All Service Canada locations are closed as far as I know

The thing is my mom's flight is planned to resume on July 15th and she wants to leave Canada around that time. Can she leave while her application is pending for Biometrics. Can she get the biometrics done from her home country?

If the visa centres are open there, yes.

However, if she's applied for a visitor record and is leaving the country, the visitor record will be pointless because it is cancelled the moment someone leaves the country.
