Hi - you don't sound confused as it seems that you're actively avoiding complying with the removal order. If you don't appear as directed then it's a Canada-wide warrant for your arrest followed by detention and likely an escorted removal.

Why make this decision to become an enforcement statistic? What's your home country and why can't you return there and begin again to find a spot on earth where you can live and feel safe? Why spend time locked up, hand-cuffed or on the blotter as a difficult removal.

When you go through all that Canada offers and it doesn't work then it's time to go.

If PRRA has been refused then I believe you are out of options and need to make plans to leave Canada.

If you want to check that all of your options have been exhausted, then at this point you really need to be working with an immigration lawyer.

Am very very sorry for your situation, I have been there before. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this point the only way I can think of is if you have never been to the State make it your next plan. I go through similar situation when I was in state after 7 years of living there with two kids before making a big decision to move over here. But am grateful to God that my life changed here. Two big differences between State and here is that if your in removal procedure in state your name will not go nationwide for arrest it will only be in immigration database, but in Canada it goes nationwide to all the police and everything. So try to take a wise decision. And may God bless and protect you my friend.

You can’t. You will be returned to your home country. You seem to have claimed asylum after your student permit or WP expired and after you got a DUI and other charges based on your previous posts. Do you have an asylum case or was this an attempt to remain in Canada? Has your gf started working and stopped receiving welfare?

Why are you so concerned about me and not answer the question instead???
As you can see I answered your question in my previous post. You can’t enter the US. You will be removed to your home country. Without understanding if you are a true asylum seeker and whether your gf is off welfare nobody can help you. Given that you seem to have been a student In Canada and then on a WP it would be very difficult to claim asylum years later especially from India.

Lol. That's Canuck Job. His concern about your negative not offering any solution. Please don't take his words serious.
Without providing any information about his situation how is anyone supposed to help? Removal orders are done to home country. That is fact not negative. This case is much more complex than it a simple asylum request as per @Jagdeep121 posts. It doesn’t seem like this is an asylum case at all based on @Jagdeep121 own posts.

Hi i am been charged in canada . Assault and threats . Lawyer says trial should be in a year but permit expires next month. Can i apply for work permit extension based on my trial. Will they approve cos i wont be with any status after feb 2018“

There is no mention of fearing for his life. All the posts are about how to extend WP.

Hi guys. Am in really tough situation. have recently applied for refugee from Vamcouver. Still waiting for my hearing . My girfriend is Canadian citizen and pregnant . She is on welfare so cannot sponsor me thru common law . Its been two months since us living together . My refugee case is not very strong so i think it might be rejected. I want to know can i get permanent residency based on new born child . Any info might be appreciated.“

My questions were based on statements in his previous posts. @Jahprovideesp instead of criticizing me you should perhaps look at the previous posts. I am not the one saying that the asylum case is weak he is. Based on the posts it is pretty clear that asylum was claimed because of his criminal charges and not being able to extend his WP and the fact that the gf was on welfare. He didn’t have another option to stay in Canada. My questions were trying to confirm that the asylum claim was an attempt to stay or whether there was an actual recent fear of persecution with proof and whether he still has a gf and whether she is still on welfare. All the questions are relevant. I also answered his question. You get removed to your home country because Canada doesn’t want to risk you being refused entry to another country when you get their POE. Would suggest you at least do some research before criticizing me.
