citizenship photo specification upload request.

Hi All,

Below is the mail which i got after applying citizenship of my daughter to provide specifications to IRCC.

"Your photograph does not meet specifications for citizenship applications. Please upload the commercial photographer's information including their studio’s name, address and the date the digital photo was taken. We accept the photographer's receipt or a text file. Please refer to "Document: Digital photo - Canadian citizenship certificate" at the bottom of this letter."

Please let me know if I need to upload the photo or photo receipt.

Seems like they will accept the receipt...by the way, would you mind sharing when did you apply and when did IRCC reply?

As others said, just upload the receipt or try to get a receipt from the store, not the photo.
But why are you asking receipt now. Didnt you stamp the backside of the photo by the studio? Just wondering how can one produce the receipt after months.

Totally strange case. People applied in Janruary 2020 are yet to receive any correspondence from IRCC and you got response from IRCC on the next day.
Cant believe it.
