Hello,
Me and my spouse planning for express entry and we want to know that SECONDARY need any degree and if he/she is under metric so is it going to effect the scoring ?

If 'secondary' means a dependent then s/he doesn't need any degree or work experience or anything else, as long as you're not relying on him/her for points.

But my education score are 0 so it is effecting the score.

what is the latest cutoff Draw score fro express entry ?
