Query regarding primary and secondary applicants and NOC code

Hi All,

My wife and I are planning to put in express entry application under FSW and have got our skills attested from WES
We have both given IELTS as well.

1. I'm working as Identity and Access Management Engineer and the closest match is NOC 2173 - Please suggest if there is a better NOC code
2. My Wife has done Physiotherapy and then Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare IT and is working as a Business System Analyst/Application specialist in a hospital. Now the closest matching NOC code is 2171 but the employment requirement for this code is:
   A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

Can anyone please suggest if she can apply on this NOC code or suggest a better NOC code given her education background.​

My Wife is getting 459 points with me being secondary and I'm getting 413 points with my wife being secondary.

As we are unsure of my Wife's NOC code and thus it's requirement, is it possible that both of us file as separate Express Entry applications keeping other as secondary?
Also if my NOC code have higher chances of getting selected, can I get PNP in a low score of 413?

The education requirements in the NOC are not mandatory. What matters is that the work was done and was paid for.

I'm not sure what requirements you mean, but you can each make a separate EE profile. It's kind of nonsensical because you will know your CRS scores and there's no point in not just submitting the higher one.
