Study gap of 12 years

Hi, I am 37 yrs old from India
I finished my Bachelor of Business Administration in year 2008 and since i been working for last 10 years.
Currently I a thinking to apply for Post Graduate for Supply Chain Management in Centennial or Humber colllege.
What are my chances of getting a Study Permit? or instead I should have try PNP nomination program (For EE my CRS scorce is 400)

PS: I am single and have temporary visitor visa till 2024. My parents and siblings live in Ontario.

Pretty low given that your siblings and parents live in Canada.
