Hello Everyone!
I am about to submit my application this Monday and be part of this June 2020 AOR group.
Before that I just want to clear my below doubt:
please help me here!
I got a contract job through employment agency starting feb2019 until Oct,2019 at client’s company location under NOC B. Then the client hired me permanently in Oct,2019 and still working with them. While creating my express entry profile I put client’s name as my employer and not mentioned about my agency.
For supporting my work experience I got one letter from agency stating I was working between feb,2019 to oct,2019 with client company and the letter has everything Except job roles and duties. They didn’t wrote job duties because they technically did not witness me performing those duties. In addition I have paystubs from agency, T4, and ROE and NOA.
I got another letter from my immediate supervisor at client company with all the details mentioned as required by IRCC including job duties. Also this letter mentions that I was working until Oct,2019 under agency and then was hired by us(client company).
My question- is it ok if I have only mentioned my client’s company name as my employer starting feb,2019 till present?

I am completing my application for BOWP and I have a question. I am currently on Open work permit (PGWP) and it is expiring next month. What should I answer for the Q3 on IMM5710:
I am applyinh for one or more of the following:
1) apply for Wp with same employer
2) restore my status as worker
3) apply for WP for the first time
4) get a new temporary resident permit

Hi there, I received Invitation on June 11th. Do i need to submit both payslips and form 16 , as I didn’t get my form 16 from the employer yet. Please guide me

You may explain that you don't have it yet and upload later once you have it? When are you going to have it?

I have form 26AS for now, can i upload this in mean while.. form 16 may take more than 2 weeks
