Where in the notes is written your file is transfered? I got my notes but did not understand where is my file. My AR is March 2019 still waiting DM.

Hi friends,

I am on closed work permit laid off from job. I have applied my PR paper base September 2019 under NSNP skilled worker category.

If I change my Employer . Do I need ‘No objection Letter’ (or releasing letter) from my current employer ? I am laid off and I have my ROE. Because as this lay off is temporary coz of Covid.

GcKey line bar shows 9 weeks and complition date is August 18, 2020. I hope IRCC don't pull the processing beyond August 2020.

I've seen on the other thread that some peoole received ADR and MR in May, but they are 2018 applicants. I think they are still working but just working on backlogs.

Applicants of 2018 are getting some updates but none of them was from Sydney where 80% (I guess) files are stuck.

those 2018 applicants, their files was transferred to local office like one year ago. If you are an 2018 applicant and if your file was transferred last year, you might get some updates.

Any info when bio-metric centers are going to open in Canada?
I have received the letter for Bio-metric for my work permit extension?
Will application will put on hold until bio-metric is completed?

They give you 90 days to collect your bio-metric instead of 30days. Since all the Biometric services has closed, ircc has extended the deadline. Hopefully Service Canada re-open in early July... the pandemic is unpredictable.
