Hello, it looks I'm in the same shoes now, FSW-O, my eligibility recommended pass was on 25th Feb, and my GCMS notes generated on May 5th , in the between nothing happened, so I'm not sure if I have an Officer review like you do on May 15th or so. One question, after you have the Officer review is it written eligibility Passed on the second page? Thank you!
My AOR was late in January like the 30th. I do have eligibility passed but where it say “Final” under assessments on the second page is still blank. I don’t know if I ordered it just before they were able to put something down in that slot. The officer review information I saw was in the note section of the document coming down to the end. I’m just guessing that things are going ok at the moment. I am still unsure if there are more things that may be added on afterwards. I may order GCMS note again probably later in July
I applied for study permit June 30 2019, in September 5,2019 got additional documents which I submitted immediately since then no updates.i raise CSE this is message they sent to me

I just saw an update in my account today, I logged in and the status bar moved to 100%.
There is a section called "Document Status" and under that, there was a "COPR", does that mean I was approved?
I am asking because they also sent me an "information letter" but I can't open that..... link invalid :/

If you still can't open the information letter in a couple of days contact IRCC, that letter is your official confirmation of PR until you recieve your PR Card (Also, there are the instructions on what to do next for your PR Card)
Thank you for the help! The information letter still leads me to "This page isn’t working“ right now, I will contact them if this keeps happening...
