April 28, 2020 - Received my PR Confirmation Letter
May 1, 2020 - Submitted both copies of my CoPR to the IRCC Office (IRCC copy and Client copy - Unsigned, with one photo attached to IRCC copy)
May 4, 2020 - CoPR delivered to IRCC mailroom
June 18, 2020 - Got my PR Card from the mailbox

I can now apply for New SIN

I have already applied for SIN with just pr confirmation. You don't need to wait for the PR card. Thanks for sharing the timeline.

I also got PR email confirmation today from Etibocoke office. I only got one letter for me. But did not received any letters for my dependents.

Does any one know is this expected or do we get separate PR letters for dependents?

I recently recieved the PR confirmation Email. If i send the unsigned COPR to CIC, they will automatically process the PR card, right?

Link of the PR card application in profile is just to view the status of the PR card application, Is my understanding right?
