what is the benefit of new digital system to paper based or manual processing which federal govt is going to set to modernize the current immigration system?

I mailed my application on April 15th, received on April 16th at CIO Sydney. I have not received AOR since then (64 days). How long will we have to wait to get AOR? I've read 1.5-2 months, but it's already passed. I think we expect up to 3months because of the Pandemic.

I mail them on 18th march but i have not received AOR and some others who mailed them before me, they also not received yet
No one is sure of the implication of the new system until it's fully in place and operational. Hopefully, the new system will eliminate the paper process completely and significantly improve processing time.

Mine AR is 17. March 2020,and I'm still waiting for AOR.
I saw someone here AR is 23. Jan 2020,and they are still waiting. So dont expect much...
I hope by October we will get some information. My friend got his COPR last week,and he was paper application AIPP. So the are active,but no AORs... Keep us posted.
