Hi All

I understand RCMP clearance is expired. However i did not receive e mail request. Can i send it again. i have all the required info as i had earlier submitted 1yr back. do you think it will be an issue if i send it myself without them requesting by e mail. pls advise.

You mean pro-actively get an RCMP check done?

I think you should be able to do it. Just keep the results with you, probably not a good idea to send to IRCC.

Yes i wanted to do it pro-actively. but since it is going to be digital finger prints they will be directly sending it to IRCC. I am not sure if it will complicate things. Or should i wait for IRCC to send finger print request to me

1) Did IRCC send a request to you for fingerprints earlier? Did you send those fingerprints? Or you waited until they were expired and are now hoping to send them?

2) OR RCMP did not request any fingerprints at all and you are just sending them in case they request it later?

If it is case 2 then no need to send them proactively.

If it is case 1 then i suppose you should have sent it in time but they should be sent now.

i was requested last year and i submitted on time. Since its more than a year now. i wanted to pro actively send again ....will it complicate things to send without them requesting for it. I might have to travel abroad and in case if they ask me when i am not here it will be an issue for me.

no need to send again if you already did send them.
