PR Renewal on H & C

Hi.me & my husband got PR in 2014.stayed in canada for 1 month & returned back to india.after that never went back due to family issues.i recently applied for PRTD which got approved on the basis of H &C reasons..i need to ask if i land in canada now how much time would it take to aprrove my PR Renewal ??
i have 2 kids.will they be include in my PR .What process do i have to do to obtain my kids PR ?
any help & suggestions would be appreciated

Once you land in Canada, you can apply to renew your PR card. This has nothing to do with sponsoring your children for PR. You cannot include them in the PR card renewal application. You must submit a separate application to sponsor them for PR.

You can sponsor your children as soon as you have returned to Canada. Note that you must remain in Canada while their sponsorship application is being process - apart from maybe taking 2-3 short trips (e.g. 2-3 weeks at most) outside of Canada. For the rest of the time you must be living in Canada, otherwise the application to sponsor your children will be refused. The application to sponsor your children for PR will likely take 8-10 months to process.

Hi thank you for the quick reply.i have not completed the RO fullfilment so will that be easy to approval of my PR renewal ? or is there in consequences after landing in canada.i dont have health card also so what can be done for the health coverage of me & my children & would i be eligible for any govt benefits during my stay ?

Your children won't qualify for health coverage if they are not PR. You need to buy health insurance.

Do your children already have TRVs? If not it maybe very difficult for them to get a TRV. If denied they can try for TRPs. If denied for both you will have to return to Canada and sponsor them while they remain in India.

Your sister is going to need to show that she can support her children without government help to be approved.

u mean its taking further more time to process now? If we apply prtd by email, will it be processed in india or canada ?
my application status is in background check, when we start your background check we will inform you.
